Beaver finds the lake gone, sees Raven holding the water in a tree, calls Tā′ʟat’adᴇga and animals to fell trees, and asks Raven to return the chief’s water. Raven refuses, flies away, spits water on the ground, and the passage says this originated rivers on Queen Charlotte islands and the Skeena and Stikine rivers.
